Circulation Policy

Each student may check out two (2) books.*

Check out period is for two (2) weeks.

Each book may be renewed one (1) time.

*If needed, arrangements may be made to check out additional books for research projects.

To check out eBooks from our library use:

User name: 1^st four letters of your last name +  your library number

Password: your library number

OR Access over 1000 PreK-12 titles in science, social studies, language arts, math and more

through the Destiny eBook Catalog for free:

 Go to destinydiscover.com.

 In the Location box, it says “Any Location.” Do not change.

 In the School box, enter “Follett eLearning, McHenry, IL” and click Go!

 To log in, click on the “Log In” button at the top right of the screen.

Password: follett

You are now able to download  & use the Open eBook app for free!   

• 1. Go to the App Store on your device (Apple or Android). 

• 2. Search for “Open eBooks” and follow the instructions to download. 

• 3. Open the app. 

• 4. Agree to any terms and conditions. 

• 5. Enter your code and PIN combination (provided by your librarian*) when prompted. 

• 6. Browse the catalog of books available.

• *7. Email librarian for Code/PIN @ swestmoreland@madillok.com

• You can download 10 eBooks at a time. 

• Each eBook will be available for 56 days before it must be renewed.
