Welcome to the Online Enrollment Portal

Beginning July 29^th (Returning Students)

All of our existing student enrollment will be done online for 2024-2025.  

As you begin to plan to enroll, please note that this system may not work with your smartphone.  We recommend a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet.

• If you are an existing parent who already has WenGage login credentials, you can sign into WenGage or go to the Parent Portal and click the WenGage link.  Login and go to the Student Records portal and enroll.
• If you are an existing parent who has lost your WenGage login credentials, email enroll@madillok.com or call 580-795-3303, extension #5001 or #2000.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Up-dated Shot Records

Proof of Residency

Birth Certificate

CDIB Card or Tribal membership certificate

Social Security Card

NOTE: Breakfast and lunch will not be free this year.  Make sure to complete the lunch application form to update your pay status.
