Special Education
Special education and related services are provided to children with disabilities who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Madill public Schools follows the federal guidelines of providing a variety of services and placement continuum options. Services are provided to students for a variety of needs. All types of services and placement settings are determined by the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team with input from you the parent and if possible your child. Working together as a team (parents and school personnel), we challenge each student based on their individual levels of functioning and performance to be successful in our school, home and community.
If you are moving to Madill Public School District and your child is already on an IEP, then please contact Brandy Ruff, Director of Special Education or any building principal for assistance. We are excited that you have selected Madill as the community in which you will raise your family. We want to make the move to our district as smooth as possible for your child.
