Indian Education program provides services to JOM students and Title VI students. 

NOTICE:  All JOM students must have proof of Tribal Membership (card, letter, or certificate) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the Indian Education coordinator in order to receive  JOM services, including school supplies. 

NOTICE:  All Title VI students must have a CDIB card (for themselves, a parent, or grandparent) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the Indian Education coordinator in order to receive Title VI services.

Indian Education after-school tutoring will begin Monday, September 9, 2024.  Tutoring application are available in each campus office or at the following links:
